Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping process & delivery estimates
Orders received will be processed and shipped out on next day. The delivery will take place within 1 -3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We also will take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time. If order containing back order product, we will be shipping together with the ready stock product. Back order normally will be shipped out within 4 to 6 weeks (Working Day Only), once we received from our manufacturing factory.
Please take note that we do not ship to P.O. Box Address.
* Kindly expect slight delay in delivery due to the restricted operation hour and high parcel volume during this pandemic period. Stay safe and stay home.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment cost will be calculate based on weight of your order.
Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipment cost is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on weight of the shipment.
We do shipped internationally via FedEx or Qxpress.
Shipment cost will be calculated based on parcel weight.
Estimate Delivery Time
Malaysia – 1 to 3 days
Singapore - 3 to 5 days
Others - 5 to 10 days
* shipping fees does not covered the custom duty & tax imposed by the destination country custom.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Aluxorey Trading Sdn Bhd accepted replaceable damaged or loss of goods during shipping within 24hours from receiving date.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
