Refund Policy
Cancelling or changing your order:
ANMYNA.ASIA will endeavour to organise the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about the order you made and would like to cancel or change it, please whatsapp our customer service, quoting your order number as soon as possible.
Please be advised, if your order has already entered the dispatch process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every products that you purchase from www.anmyna.asia and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online.
If there is any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 14 days for an exchange or a refund (subjects to approval).
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please be noted that all returned product must be the exact same condition as when you have received it and attach with the original packaging.

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags/labels attached to the product (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials)
Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 working days, excluding shipping times. While stock lasts.

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed.
Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via the whatsapp or email , the ALUXOREY(ANMYNA) Support Team will be gladly to assist you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
If the product do not have any defects, we only will refund the product actual value and does not include the original shipping fees.
Refunds in the form of cash voucher are not exchangeable to cash.
